Our virtual office memberships allow you to join our community and use our address as your official business address. You may use this address to register your business with different government entities, and be able to get fast-tracked permitting documents. Depending on the membership level you can also have mail management, meeting room credits and/or day passes included, as well as member perks and discounts to co.co.haus and the co.lab, our content studio.
Depending on your membership level we can scan, forward, shred and/or hold your mail and packages for up to 30 days without charge. Our mail management team will contact you every time a piece of mail arrives. If you have a private office or dedicated desk, we can deliver the mail to your desk.
Yes! With co.necta BASIC and PRO you may register more than one company with an additional fee per company. With co.necta PREMIUM and up you may register up to 3 companies. Additional companies may be added with an additional monthly fee. Please contact us to confirm the rate.
To access your fast-tracked permit (Carta Consulta) you will need a copy of your contract with co.co.haus, a copy of co.co.haus’ use permit, and a letter certifying that you have a membership with us.
The permit also requires a certificate of good standing, organizational documents, and a letter from the company authorizing the designated person (usually the business owner) to conduct on behalf of the company.
co.co.haus is an official CMRA (Certified Mail Receiving Agency) for the USPS. Prior to processing any mail, we need members to complete the USPS form 1583. If you choose mail handling we’ll be sending you this form via our online document management software with detailed instructions to fill it, and an example.
