What is coworking?

Coworking is where collaboration meets community – we share a space to accomplish our goals. At times, it’s a physical space, WiFi and amenities; other times it’s through virtual coworking. 

What is virtual coworking?

We host 10+ virtual events online to stay connected, collaborate and grow our businesses. Through our online platform our community can engage with each other, attend member-only virtual events like daily work-sprint sessions, lectures, quarterly incubator cohorts,, happy hours and more.  

Where are you located?

Can I bring my bike, scooter, or skateboard?

We love it when our members can keep it green instead of driving! There is a bike rack in front of the building. You may store it in the space as long as it’s not in the way of others.

Where can I park? How much is parking?

Cobian’s Plaza has an underground parking garage. You may pay hourly or monthly. Entrance to the Garage is behind the building on San Mateo St, parallel to Ponce de Leon Ave.

  • Hourly parking: M-F 6am-8pm; Sat 7am-1pm. All day $4 +tax.
  • Monthly: 24/7 access. $70 per month
  • There’s always the lucky spot on the street.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Hot desks, dedicated desks, and private office members have 24/7 access to the space.

Can I split a membership with someone else?

Our memberships are designed for just one person. Private office prices are based on the number of members in it.

Are you pet friendly?

We are dog friendly, it’s one of the things we are known for, but all dogs must be interviewed via a trial day and owners must sign a pet agreement.

General rules:

  • Dogs can not be left in the space unattended.
  • Pets must be non disruptive. That means no barking, whining, howling or scratching/digging noises.
  • Dogs must be on a leash when walking around the space. This keeps the pooches from wandering the space and getting into mischief or bothering members who may not love dogs as much as we do.
  • All dogs must be house trained. In the off chance that they have an accident or track something in, members are responsible for cleaning up after them.
  • If an accident requires cleaning from the professional cleaning crew- the member is charged.
  • Service animals are always welcome!

Can you accommodate my diet restrictions and allergies?

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions we might need to know about. We will do our best to make the office safe for you, but we cannot guarantee compliance or control all the actions of all members and guests, so please take necessary precautions. At, we do our best to include options for everyone when selecting food for member events and! Feel free to make suggestions or requests to our staff.

Do you offer Virtual Office or Mail Services?

Yes! Starting with co.necta BASIC you can use our address as your business address. For Mail Management you must get co.necta PRO or co.necta PREMIUM. The co.necta PRO membership includes 2 day passes and 2 conference room hours per month. The co.necta PREMIUM membership includes 5 day passes and 3 conference room hours per month.

Do you offer Use Permit for Act 20, Act 22, or Act 60 companies?

You can work under our Use Permit with a Carta Consulta. This is a permit offered by the Municipality of San Juan.

Do you offer storage space?

We have lockers available for $5 a month. Dedicated desks and private offices include file cabinets.

How fast is your internet connection?

We have fiber connection with a wireless internet capability of 1000/1000 mbps or more. Actual speed may vary slightly depending on the amount of use at any given time. If you feel the internet speed is impeding your ability to work efficiently, please alert the staff for troubleshooting.

We can arrange for extra speed if you have a membership in one of our offices with ethernet ports at an extra cost.

Do you offer 24/7 access to the space?

Yes, memberships starting at the co.cina level have 24/7 access. Our four virtual memberships,, co.necta BASIC, co.necta PRO, and  co.necta PREMIUM use day passes to access the space within our operating hours, Monday-Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.

What is the guest policy?

As outlined in our membership agreement, you may have guests visit for a maximum of two hours. If they’ll be staying longer, we ask that you purchase a day pass. Guests use office resources and add to our carbon footprint.

How is noise controlled in the open area? Do you have phone booths?

We have phone booths members can use for 1 hour or less.

We believe that a certain level of white noise in the office is healthy and aids productivity. Dead silence is not required or expected. You are welcome to converse at a reasonable noise level. 

If you need to make or answer a phone call, we ask that you step into one of our designated phone booths out of respect for other members. 

Please also use a phone booth, conference room, or headphones, for videos, music, or video chats. Please be considerate of others.

Do you have printers? Can I bring my own printer?

All membership options have access to printing. Pricing is $.10 per B&W page and $.25 per color page. Once you are a member, your community manager will set you up with our printing software for wireless printing. 

Private Office members may bring their own printers into the office.

Do you offer any perks to your members?

YES! members have access to a long list of local and global perks, some of which include: fitness, local shops, accounting, branding & design, content marketing, data & analytics, AWS credits, eLearning, Health & Wellness, Marketing, Personal Development, SaaS Solutions, Web Development and more.

All memberships from co.necta and up have access to all perks included in plus discounts to TriNet enterprise level services like Healthcare, Payroll & Taxes, HR Support, Risk Management, Worker’s Compensation and more.

What amenities will I have with my membership?

All memberships have access to our’ Member Portal where you can book conference rooms and purchase day passes at a discount.

All memberships have access to our Community App to connect with other members and access our virtual coworking events. Members also have access to in-space events, unlimited free coffee, printing, and Wi-Fi. For additional amenities that may be included in your membership, such as lockable storage, please consult your Membership Agreement.

When can I start? Should I wait till the 1st of the month?

You can start on any day, our memberships are prorated on the second payment so you can start whichever day you prefer.

What’s Un.Inc? Do I have to pay extra?

The Un.Incubator is an online incubator based in Austin, Texas. Through our partnership with the Un.Inc we provide weekly live interactive workshops and a quarterly cohort program. The programming is designed to support freelancers, consultants, leaders and teams as they launch, pivot, and grow their ventures and careers. Joining the program comes at no extra charges for all of members.

What is your cancellation policy?

Member may cancel their membership via the online members’ portal or by written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next monthly payment due date. Written notices must be sent via email to [email protected].

Can I pause my membership?

All of our memberships are on a month-to-month basis so there is no need to pause. If you cancel your membership you can always return.

Can I sign up for a single month?

All of our memberships can be purchased month to month but you’ll need to let us know that as soon as you signup.

You’ll receive more bang for your buck with a contract. 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month contracts get you a 5%, 10% or 15% discount respectively. 

Will you prorate the price of a membership if I only use it half a month?

We don’t prorate our memberships for the end of the month. We offer more flexible plans like or co.necta that include day passes and a discount on additional days. This would be the best way to check us out before you commit to a full month of 24/7 access.

Will you prorate a membership if I decide to change my membership?

You are welcome to switch memberships at any point but once you are a member these changes always happen at the 1st of the month.

Meetings & Events

Can you rent meeting space without a membership?

Yes, non-members can rent meeting space! But members get an allotment of complimentary hours and 50% off any additional meeting room hours.

Do you offer hourly meeting space?

Yes, we do! We have two meeting rooms available for meetings. Archipelago seats 3 people and Peninsula seats 2 people. Click here to book a meeting room.

Do you sponsor events or donate space?

From time to time we will co-sponsor events and donate space. Please get in touch with us and let us know what you’re thinking about.

Can I bring in outside food and beverages for an event?

Yes, but please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate placement and logistics for delivery/pick-up et.c

Do you offer catering services?

We currently do not offer catering services but our amazing partner and fellow local company does – Banquetealo.

Can we book the event space on weekdays after hours?

A/C off hours is $150 per hour. If you can add this to your bill, you can host your event here after hours. 


What is Parknet?

Parknet is the name of the local company which provides us with our access QRcode service. We proudly support local businesses whenever we can.

What is Office RnD?

This is our coworking management software. Through this software you can always check your billing, book a conference room, add dedicated desks or reserve a hot desk.

What is the app?

This is our Community App. Through this app you can connect with other members, attend our events, access our member perks and resource library.

Our app is available for all memberships.

What are your policies on inclusion and harassment? is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of people in our space in any form. People violating these rules may be expelled from the space at the discretion of If you feel you’ve been harassed by a member of our community or feel uncomfortable in any way, please contact a staff member immediately.

How do I submit a complaint?

If you have a complaint regarding another member, please alert any member of our staff or the daily community manager. If you have a complaint regarding a staff member, you may use the “Contact Us” form to be contacted by a manager.
